Forth Road Bridge turned to Blue2 when they needed an event-based website that would allow them to capture data from participants in their ICSBOC 2013 conference. The website also needed to have a flexible ecommerce system that could quickly adapt to changing requirements; initially taking conference payments and booking for extra-curricular events, but also having the capacity to apply different types of reduction and incentives, all the time recording and funnelling data through to the overarching CRM system.
