Due to continued growth we have a vacancy for a part-time Accounts Assistant to work within a forward-thinking, award winning Design and Digital Marketing Agency based in Broughty Ferry.  The ideal candidate must have a positive and pro-active attitude.

Ideally you will:

  • Have relevant Accounts Assistant experience to Trial Balance
  • Be willing to learn and develop skills
  • Have AAT Intermediate or above (or equivalent)
  • Have the ability to work to deadlines
  • Have good organisational skills and a flexible approach
  • Be computer literate & competent with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Have an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients

Role will include

  • Generation of Sales Invoices
  • Customer accounts queries
  • Job Costing
  • Credit Control
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly payment run via BACS and CHAPs
  • Processing of expenses
  • Processing of credit card transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • General administration and ad-hoc support for the Finance Director
