Blue2 Digital Crack the Code to Award Success
Our Parent company ALTAR Group recently worked with all the teams across the business to develop new company values, helping the business and the people within continue to move forward post pandemic.
One of the values that really resonated with the Blue2 Digital team was to be bold. This value encourages us to be brave, inspirational and passionate, which has led to us putting ourselves forward for a number of awards this season. Here’s a glimpse into the results of our boldness so far…
A huge highlight for the team was achieving a Commendation in the Digital Media: Mobile/App Design category for client Wild in Art at the Scottish Design Awards. Wild in Art creates popular, outdoor art events across the globe, enabling event partners to reach new audiences, raise charitable funds, and increase engagement. Blue2 created an app that was not only visually pleasing but also intuitive for users of all ages, with a goal to create a structure and format that was easily adaptable, accommodating different events across the globe. Our team attended the gala and presentation at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow back in June and were thrilled to accept the commendation.
Blue2 Digital were also named as a finalist in the Best Website category at The Scottish Design Awards for the Model Team website.
Work carried out for Fishers Services Ltd by Blue2, alongside sister agencies Ginger and Avian was shortlisted for the Business Growth Award in The Herald Digital Transformation Awards, and the Social Media category in The Courier Business Awards. ALTAR Group pulled together to create a digital recruitment strategy providing cut-through results, generating interest and maximising applications for a wide number of vacancies. Blue2 crafted a bespoke digital platform, and paired with paid advertisements and bespoke designs, the campaign generated exceptional results for the client.
ALTAR Group were also shortlisted for the Resilience and Recovery Award at The Courier Business awards for our clear strategy to survive and thrive through turbulent economic times. The Courier Business Award winners will be announced later this month and we’re keeping our fingers firmly crossed!
Another brilliant win we are very proud of for ALTAR Group is the Future Workplace Award win at the Dundee and Angus Chamber Business Champions 2022. ALTAR Group has rewritten what it means to support the people in the business and Blue2 are thrilled to be a part of it.
We’re also very pleased to announce we’ve been named as one of Dundee’s best web designers by Sharpscot. Sharpscot are a group of consumers who appreciate great services and products and want to give Scots an easy reference that’s based on solid research and hands-on experience. We’re amongst other brilliant companies and incredibly grateful for this acknowledgement from Sharpscot.
