Main responsibilities

  • Sales Invoicing
  • Bank & Credit card reconciliations
  • Supplier and Account reconciliations
  • Mileage & expense claims
  • Credit Control
  • Preparation of Supplier payment run
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support Finance Director

Essential skills

  • Numerate
  • Good Problem-Solving Skills
  • Competent IT Skills

Desirable skills

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Sage 50

 

Job Type: Part-Time (21 hrs per week) Maternity Cover (Fixed Term March 2021 – Feb 2022)
